How did it work for me?
Visbiome was supplied to me by a 30 day supply. I started it in October with the hope that it would help me with Ulcerative Colitis, which I have suffered from for over 15 years. Ulcerative Colitis is a disease that affects the digestive tract. Ulcerative colitis is a disease that causes inflammation and sores (ulcers) in the lining of the large intestine (colon ). It usually affects the lower section (sigmoid colon) and the rectum. But it can affect the entire colon. In general, the more of the colon that’s affected, the worse the symptoms will be. The symptoms that I suffer with on a daily basis is diarrhea, cramping, and bleeding.
I started Visbiome in hope to calm down the symptoms that I have constantly. I didn’t expect to feel as well as I did after taking it for almost 3o days now. At first, I still had the same symptoms and wasn’t feeling any better. Then after reading a little more into this product, I saw that I needed to increase the amount that I was taking. At first, I was only taking 1 packet per day. I was seeing a little improvement, but not enough that I felt better.
I did some research on the Visbiome website, which can be found here, and found a “Daily Intake Guideline” and realized that when I am in a flare up of the UC, I need to be taking 4-8 packets per day. Once I started that, I started to see an improvement with my UC and the way that I was feeling. Diarrhea and cramping became so much less than without Visbiome. And my energy level became better with Visbiome. I felt better and I wasn’t constantly worried about the cramping and diarrhea that I was once worried about.
Overall, my opinion on Visbiome is very that this product is helpful with my Ulcerative Colitis. Of course, everyone’s outcome can be different. I do believe that Visbiome is a wonderful product and I intend to continue using it. However, since the product is considered a high-potency medical food, it should always be used under the supervision of a medical provider.0 0
